When the Gospel was Rediscovered

The Reformers rediscovered the Gospel, and we must keep it the center of our churches, our families, our worship, and our lives.

507 years ago today, October 31, 1517, a relatively unknown German monk nailed to on the Wittenburg Castle’s Church door a document that would shake not only Christendom but Western Civilization to its core. Martin Luther’s 95 Theses sparked the Reformation. There were Reformers that preceded Luther, but his contribution really got the ball rolling.
