The battle for life will continue in Iowa

The Iowa Supreme Court's failure to lift the injunction of the state's fetal heartbeat abortion ban does not slam the door shut on the issue.

I was disappointed to learn last Friday that the Iowa Supreme Court released a split three-three opinion that allowed a district court injunction of Iowa's fetal heartbeat (six-week) abortion ban to stand.
