South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem unites the left and right in their utter disgust with her story about shooting her 14-month-old puppy.
South Dakota Kristi Noem did the unthinkable.
She managed to unite the left and right in their disgust over how she treated her 14-month old dog, Cricket.
The Washington Examiner reported that Noem, who is campaigning to be Trump’s running mate, wrote in her book, No Going Back: The Truth on What’s Wrong with Politics and How We Move America Forward, about the time she killed her 14-month-old puppy, a wire-haired oointer, after it wouldn’t hunt during a pheasant hunting trip, killed a local family’s chickens, and then bit her when she tried to stop it.
Afterwards she did the same to a goat she said was “nasty and mean” and would chase her kids.
Noem shared these stories to communicate that she is willing to anything “difficult, messy, and ugly” if it has to be done.
