Fallacies that become fashion are still fallacies
G.K. Chesterton was right pointing out that popularity doesn't make a wrong, right.
I really think that British writer and apologist G.K. Chesterton (1874-1936) could look into the future when he said the following:
“Fallacies do not cease to be fallacies because they become fashions.”
He was so prescient. People judge truth claims based on whether they conform with societal norms.
